Dale is a founding partner of Trinity Tile Group and an expert on tile and stone products for commercial projects nationwide.

Dale leads the National Corporate Accounts program out of the Orlando, Florida location where he provides his expertise and serves the needs of major commercial building projects all around the country, Hawaii and the Caribbean. Some of these include Darden Restaurants, Marriott, Wyndham, Walt Disney and Westgate Resorts. He has participated in major projects located in Hawaii, Las Vegas, Missouri, St Maarten, St Thomas and Bahamas.

Dale began working with architects and engineers in 1985, helping to specify and engineer curtain walls and store fronts. In 1990 Dale entered the tile industry and began specifying tile, stone and setting systems. His technical education and work experience prepared him to approach the tile industry from an applications side to insure that the proper products were specified.  Aesthetics are very important to the client, but making sure the right materials and setting system is chosen, including waterproofing, crack isolation and grouting system is just as important when doing commercial work.

Over the years, Dale has honed his tile and stone expertise. He has travelled to many foreign countries researching factories, technologies, products and cultures to better understand the materials that are available and help his clients create the best solutions possible. Flexibility is important in today's market and knowing where to find the world's best product solutions allows Trinity Tile's customers unparalled creativity and design options. Working beyond the catalogues of one or two manufacturers is critical, and this helps to explain Trinity Tile's success. Dale can find whatever product solution you are looking for!

Dale graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1985 with a bachelors degree in business administration, after spending two years studying in their engineering school.
