We love to work on unique projects! Trinity was able to provide the special decos and floor tile for this Winter Park residence.
For the last six years, Trinity has had the pleasure of working with Parkland Homes on many unique Winter Park residences such as this one. When Hal George, the owner of Parkland, walks into our showroom we know we’re going to have fun. He always enters with a smile and tells a few jokes to get us laughing before we start talking business. Our designers know that he will go out of his way to provide all of his homeowners with the answers they are looking for to build the homes of their dreams. To us, this means we get to stretch our imaginations while working with our many suppliers to find the most unique stones and tiles to meet their specific needs.
This particular homeowner wanted to create an authentic Spanish feel. For the main floor tile they selected a terracotta tile with an antique finish, then inserted hand-painted decorative tiles in the floors throughout the house. The extra hand-painted tile was used as the powder bath vanity countertop. To ensure the job was finished to the home owners exact requirements, our showroom designer sent one of the hand-painted tiles to the terracotta tile manufacturer in order for them to create a mold and produce tiles that were identical in shape and size. This is just one of the unique solutions our designers are able to offer depending on the needs of each project.
Let us take a moment to say “Thanks” to Hal George and his team at Parkland Homes for giving us the opportunity to show off our skills. You guys are awesome!
